Atascadero A Town Concrete was founded in 2025 by a concrete contractor who grew up in San Luis Obispo County and spent years working on properties throughout the region before starting his own company. The goal was straightforward - bring careful, permit-compliant concrete work to the homeowners and businesses of Atascadero and the surrounding communities.
Atascadero is a city with real character. Many homes here were built in the 1970s and 1980s on hillside lots with oak trees and clay-heavy soil - conditions that create genuine challenges for concrete work if you do not know the area.
