All services are subject to written agreements and quotes provided before work begins. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any lawful reason.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from what was initially assessed or if additional work is required. Any changes to the scope of work or pricing will be communicated to you before proceeding. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement.

Project Timeline

We provide estimated timelines for project completion, but actual completion dates may vary due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. We will keep you informed of any delays and work diligently to complete your project as quickly as possible while maintaining our quality standards.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and ensuring that any necessary permits are obtained prior to work commencing. You must also disclose any known underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other site conditions that may affect the project. Failure to provide accurate information may result in additional charges or delays.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and offer warranties on our concrete installations as specified in your service agreement. Warranties cover defects in workmanship but do not cover damage caused by improper use, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. Any warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period specified in your agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Atascadero A Town Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage as required by California law.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please provide written notice as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may be subject to cancellation fees to cover our costs. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the matter. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Luis Obispo County, California, in accordance with California law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal action related to these terms must be brought in the appropriate courts of San Luis Obispo County, California.
